Uses
Kenalog In Orabase (Triamcinolone Acetonide) is a mouth ulcer treatment that helps to relieve itchiness, pain and inflammation that can occur as a result of mouth sores. The active ingredient in this dental paste is a type of corticosteroid medication which is considered to be medium strength. Dosage and Administration
Kenalog In Orabase (Triamcinolone Acetonide) must only be applied to the inside of the mouth. It should never be applied to the skin, eyes or any sensitive areas of the body. In the majority of cases, doctors instruct patients to apply the dental paste to the area that needs to be treated. The paste is pressed (but not rubbed) onto the area affected in small amounts so that a slippery and smooth film forms. If no improvement in your symptoms is noticed after 7 to 14 days of treating it (or if your condition becomes worse), you should tell your doctor.
