Uses
Apo-Moclobemide (Moclobemide) is an antidepressant drug belonging to the RIMA (reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase type A) group of medications. Depression is believed to be caused by a chemical imbalance within the brain. This medicine increases the amount of monoamines in the brain. Monoamines are natural chemicals released by certain nerve cells in the brain. An increase in the quantity of monoamines in the brain helps to restore the natural balance of chemicals in the brain, which may lead to relief from depression.

Dosage and Administration
Patients must consult their doctor for a full medical consultation before taking Apo-Moclobemide (Moclobemide) tablets. Remember that you should not suddenly stop taking this drug. See your doctor, as your dosage may need to be gradually reduced.
